STEP 2

If you have a referral letter (and Mental Health Treatment Plan), please:
- Upload to File Upload button, or;
- Fax to 02 8915 1511, or;
- Bring it to your first session.

STEP 3

You will hear from our admin team who will assist you to find the psychologist best suited to you and book your appointments.
