Vanessa Morrison (she/her)
Vanessa is a warm and empathetic psychologist who is grounded in compassion, respect, and a genuine commitment to helping adolescents and adults build a meaningful and fulfilling life. Vanessa values creating a safe and non-judgemental space to work collaboratively with individuals to meet their goals and develop tools to navigate life’s challenges.

Vanessa has worked in various settings including private practice, public and private hospitals, and has experience in both one-on-one and group therapy settings. She has experience in supporting people with a range of difficulties including anxiety, depression, trauma and complex trauma, self-esteem challenges, perfectionism, and drug and alcohol issues.

Vanessa tailors therapy to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual, drawing on evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).

Vanessa has completed a Master of Clinical Psychology from University of Technology Sydney and is currently completing the registrar program for clinical endorsement under the supervision of TMC director, Dr Daniel Mullens.

Vanessa practises at our Leichhardt Clinic on Mondays and Saturdays.
