Fiona Brown (she/her)

Fiona is an experienced clinical psychologist who works with adults across the lifespan. She is a warm, open-minded, perceptive, and empathetic therapist who partners with her clients to make sense of, and tackle, their life challenges.

Fiona utilises an integrated, trauma-informed approach, drawing on a psychodynamic framework, attachment theory, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). She assists clients with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety and depression, relational difficulties, peri-natal difficulties, trauma recovery, adjustment to life changes, and gender dysphoria. Regardless of whether the therapy is short or long-term, Fiona believes that healing and growth occur in the context of a caring, consistent, and non-judgmental relationship. Fiona is also a board-approved supervisor.
