Eloise Fallon (she/her)
Eloise is a warm, respectful and collaborative therapist and aims to create a safe and nonjudgmental space in sessions.
Eloise works with children, adolescents, parents & their families with concerns such as anxiety, depression, emotion dysregulation, issues at school, family relationship difficulties, self-esteem and traumatic experiences. Eloise also works with adults who are experiencing relationship difficulties, adjusting to life stages/changes, mood and anxiety disorders, trauma/PTSD, burnout, perinatal & postnatal support & sleep issues
Eloise worked in mental health services for 7 years. She uses an attachment focused and systemic approach in understanding people and their relationships. The therapy modalities she uses include Schema Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Attachment Based Family Therapy (ABFT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and the Circle of Security (COS) parenting program.
Eloise practises at our North Sydney clinic on Saturdays.
