Eloise Fallon (she/her)
Eloise is a warm, respectful and collaborative therapist and aims to create a safe and nonjudgmental space in sessions.
Eloise works with children, adolescents, parents & their families with concerns such as anxiety, depression, emotion dysregulation, issues at school, family relationship difficulties, self-esteem and traumatic experiences. Eloise also works with adults who are experiencing relationship difficulties, adjusting to life stages/changes, mood and anxiety disorders, trauma/PTSD, burnout, perinatal & postnatal support & sleep issues.
Eloise has extensive experience working in public health within Child Youth Mental Health Services (CYMHS) and now enjoys working with clients across the lifespan in private practice. Eloise uses an attachment focused and systemic approach in understanding people and their relationships. The therapy modalities she uses include Schema Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), attachment-informed EMDR (ai-EMDR), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Attachment Based Family Therapy (ABFT), and the Circle of Security (COS) parenting program.
Eloise sees clients at our Balmain clinic on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and offers telehealth appointments on Thursdays. Eloise also sees clients at our North Sydney clinic on Saturdays.
